The fix is not more notifications. The fix is signal quality: fewer alerts, richer context, and explicit next actions.
Start with the outcomes you care about: chargeback reduction, prevented stockouts, and faster refund decisions. Work backward into trigger rules.
Every alert should answer three questions immediately: Why is this risky? What is the recommended action? Who should decide?
If your system cannot answer those questions in one message, it is a notification system, not an operations system.
